Newish Investor in NC
I live in Murphy NC. When people say they are from a small town in NC I have a chuckle. Cherokee county is one of the largest counties in the state and it boasts a total population that's less than a lot of "small" towns. So to say the town of Murphy is small is quite the understatement. Haha
I am a pro member and been lurking around for a bit now. Ive been around real estate investing and actually have some real estate but never thought of investing as something I should do. That was my dad's thing. He started the HVAC company I now operate since he passed away. I am looking to real estate to move my family toward freedom.
If I can offer anything it would be HVAC advice. My dad started our company in 1978 and I've been doing this all my life. So feel free to reach out if I can help.
