Hi BiggerPockets Community,

I am a new investor trying to get started by wholesaling to transition to using the BRRRR to hold SFR in the Indianapolis metro area. I travel occasionally to the Philadelphia area and the Greenville / Spartanburg, SC area, so I would I am open to investing in those areas as well. Can anyone make recommendations for investor friendly realtors in these areas?

Thanks,

Freddie Hardy

Hello Fred. The wholesaler community in Indianapolis is pretty
tight and cooperative. Many of us would be willing to help get
you started right doing that. Many of us own or have owned
investment property as well. PM me if you would like to connect.
