New Guy in San Diego, CA

Hey Bigger Pockets, I am a new investor from San Diego, CA. I am a full time business student and a C-17 Loadmaster in the AFR.

I've been lurking in the forums for a little while now and learning everything I can about REI, and I definitely have the bug... I can't get enough! I have some family that has been in real estate but am new to it myself. I am looking to get my start in wholesaling and flipping but have an interest in rentals as well.

In my free time I have been doing quite a bit of driving neighborhoods and calling owners, but have been hitting barriers because every time I think I find a deal I am unsure of where to take it from there! I am planning to push through and am willing to make mistakes. I'm hoping that being a part of BP will help me answer some of my more detailed questions, meet like minded people and eventually be able to give back.

Really looking forward to learning more and being a part of the Bigger Pockets community.
