I've done some research for a comprehensive investors forum and glad I've settled on this one.

I'll do my best to learn and post as often as I can. I am a computer power user although I know many are better.

My passion has always been real estate and personal development. I truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of those I touch.

Our business (I have 1 partner + investors) is the purchase and sale of individual residential homes, bulk REO's to investors or consumers. Most of it is "C" class and we've developed a model which bypasses the real estate and lending communities.

I look forward contributing what resources I have, learning from the experts, and finding resources you all are willing to contribute.
