Newbie in Washington

Hey everyone! I found out about bigger pockets at the beginning of this summer and have been a silent observer ever since. I mainly just listen to the podcasts while I work, and took the free online course as well, but decided to finally take advantage of the community. I'm born and raised in Vancouver, and have been working with my parents who are investors for about 4 or so years now. I'm trying to start building a team of my own and hope to acquire my first investment property within the next year. I hope to start out with a 4-plex on an FHA loan and follow the BRRRR strategy. I'm very excited about finally involving myself in this amazing community. I hope I can learn lots from all of you and reciprocate the knowledge when I can! Thanks! Adam
