Hi everyone! My name is Ken and I'm excited about string into Real Estate Investing. My wife and I started looking for a home in the twin cities area a few months ago when someone gave us the great advice about getting into multi family homes.
It intrigued us so we've been doing our HW and found BP which is a gold mine. We are now in the hunt for a duplex in Minneapolis. Wish us luck!
On a personal note - my wife and I both work at a university here called Bethany Global University. She is the Dean of Women and I am the Dean of Work Education & Operations. :)
Been living in MN for lil over 3 years. Moved from TX but originally from NYC.
