Hello BP!

My name is Olivia, and I recently moved into the Philly area, and I have the real estate bug. I would love to sit down with an experienced investor, or really anyone that has any real estate experience, as I'm just starting off and would love to pick your brain! I don't have any one specific questions, but I have about 100 things I would love to know. If anyone would be interested, I would love to take you out to coffee! Welcome to the site! And congrats on the recent move!

Since you don't have a specific question, I'd recommend checking out our local REIA called DIG (Diversified Investor Group). They have a main meeting every month just outside Philly in Horsham, PA but they also have various subgroups all over the Southeast PA area. And the first meeting is free.

I attend these meetings, as do many other BP users. It's a great way to network with a ton of investors in person and pick their brains. They also usually have a different speaker every meeting as well so you get to learn about a variety of different REI topics.

Also can't recommend BP's blog and podcasts enough for additional information.
