New to BP from Washington State!
Hey everyone, my name is Trevor and I am brand new to the world of Real Estate Investing. I currently work 6 days a week as a welder and commute 4 hours each day. I am interested in wholesaling and am currently looking for a triplex to house hack. I'm also studying to get my brokers license right now.
I am looking for advice on how to grow and expand a Buyers List. Also, if house hacking is a good starting point? Thanks for any advice in advance and Happy New Year!
