That Subject line totally came off as a pageant introduction :D

My name is Megan, and I'm originally from Hawaii. Island got a bit small for me, so I moved out to the NJ/NYC area last August to "start all over". I'm a year out of college with a BS (Finance) degree. I haven't found a job yet though, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Real Estate have always been something of an interest to me, I just haven't acted on it. I've been more interested in it recently because when I jog around the neighborhood, I see so many houses for sale! So I'm here to learn from the pros. Hopefully, in the long run, I'll be able to successfully flip a house or actually sell property. I'll go back to Hawaii in the future and become a real estate mogul...who knows?

Oh, and I'm also here to network. Since I'm new to the area, I have no one to talk to!
