Looking for guidance in Binghamton
Hello BP community,
I am new to REI and am looking to start in Binghamton NY. I have two boys attending college there. I want to invest in a home I can rent to them and roomates, and then possibly hold and rent to other student once my kids leave. Seems like a good way to get started. Does anyone have investor friendly realtor recommendations or any other advice or wisdom you'd be willing to share?
