Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

I'm a 22 year old who recently graduated college and became a broker. I am learning a lot about the real estate sector and how I can add value to clients, but want to start growing my business. I am posting here to find what investors are looking for in a broker. What are the characteristics of a successful broker you have done business with that I can learn? How did you and your broker come into a business relationship? What would you suggest to me about being a new to business broker? Help is definitely appreciated as I learn what it takes to become successful.

A little background about me, I currently work for the company SVN. I chose my specialization soon after focusing on Multifamily housing in the Metro Milwaukee area. I have started my focus on West Allis and am knowledgeable about the real estate market there
