Hello investors! My name is Quentin and I'm a wholesaler here in the tidewater area of Virginia. I'm originally from Chesapeake Virginia and graduated from Western Branch High school. Then I attended Virginia Military Institute for a year, left and started working at Newport News shipyard as a Rigger.
I began interest in real estate since last summer and as early as Thanksgiving I was introduce to Wholesaling. From then on I've been eager to network with other investors. Although I haven't made my first deal yet, my goal is to complete a deal by the end of January.

Welcome to BP. What areas are you looking for deals? I've wholesaled a couple deals but I'm going to start rehabbing in the next couple months and will be interested in deals in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake.
End of January for your first deal sounds ambitious, we're already halfway through... how are you finding your deals?
