Hi All!
I'm a CA Realtor, Appraiser and wanna be Investor in the Sacramento area.... been lurking awhile and thought I'd jump on board. I know a lot about the local markets, but am ready to get started with my first investment deal. I will be doing short sale flips to begin my adventure.
