Looking for local mentor and how to get started
I'm new to real estate but very eager to learn and begin a successful career. I live in Wyoming but noticed not a whole lot going with investing here. I've been told I can make deals and build a business without having to be in same state. So my question is how, I'm close to Colorado so anyone willing to help a former marine get out of the rat race of a J-O-B I'd appreciate it.
