Newbie from Huntsville, AL
Hello BP! I am new to real estate investing! I have just finished my enlistment in the United States Marine Corp. I am now ready to start buying and renting out properties. I have been studying and reading everything I could about real estate investing for the past year and feel that I am ready to start. I have built a small team also, including RE agent, Lawyer, contractor, etc. Everyday I am constantly on BP and on the internet analyzing deals. Right now I have a few I am interested in in the Huntsville/Madison, AL area. If any have any advice for me or know anyone in this area that would could help that will be great. Next month I will be attending my first REIA meeting next month. Im very excited and highly motivated to move forward. I am glad I have found this website!
