Hey everyone! My name is Sean Thompson and my wife and I are investors in Kansas City, MO (not to be confused with Kansas City, Kansas. Local people will understand the difference.) I am currently working full time as a Mercedes Technician while my wife is a stay at home mom. We have been house hacking for the last two years, but are looking to buy our first single family home here in the next month. (need more room for when we plan to have more kids). We are currently working on screening tenants for when we move out of our duplex and, once we get settled in our new home, will be looking to find more rental properties.
