Hello, I hope everyone is doing well.  I am brand new to BP.   I am a former school teacher turned entrepreneur. I own and operate a fishing charter business and I am new to investing. I am closing on my first real estate investment in two weeks. My goal is to learn more about investing and to familiarize myself with the market and analyzing deals. I would like to do more investments in the near future.  Thanks
