Newbie from Olathe, Kansas
My name is Rodney Harris Jr. I am a God fearing man! I studied real estate a few years back but just stopped all the sudden lol I've recently picked it back up and I'm about 15 real estate books in haha however that means nothing until I do my first deal!
But, I'm back! I'm from Kansas City, Missouri where I will be doing my investing this year. However, I live in Olathe Kansas.
I am physical therapist assistant, nutritionist, and online personal trainer.
My goals are to be able to spend time with my future family. Wake up when I want, be financially free, give back and make 10k,20k, 50k, and even a 100k a month in real estate! Gotta have a monetary goal right? Lol this takes work. I'm not looking to get rich quick. I'm putting my head down and grinding 5 years? 10 years? 15 years? For forever? lol Doesn't matter I'm in it for the long run!
It's a team sport! I'm looking to connect to as many like minded people as possible!
In an effort to continue educating myself I would type in questions and they would ALL get answered on guess what? Biggerpockets! So that's how i found this site!

@Kevin Hunter, How are things in Burke? I lived in Arlington for many years and have been to Burke Lake several times.
