HI! My name is Eassa.
I have been a reader here for a little while but I've decided to join the forums.
A little about my background. I own and occupy a duplex. This was my first deal done in 2015. I have also started a career in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. I am also very handy and have successfully rehabbed my duplex. I had professionals replace the roof, heating, hot water, paint, and upgrade my electric, but everything else I'm pretty capable of doing. I am passionate about building up a portfolio and I am very exited to learn and mingle with all of you!
