Hello everyone, My name is Matt, I am 26 years old and I am a newbie investor from Haverhill, Ma. I currently own a 2 family in Haverhill and have been House Hacking for a little over a year now. I am currently looking to purchase my next property which will ideally be a three to four family house. My goal for 2017 is to go from 2 to 8 units that all positively cash flow. I'm here to learn from all of you and pick up tips and tricks along my journey in real estate.
