Hello my name is Ted born and raised in Seattle.
I just got back to the idea of creating wealth by Real Estate Investing.
Pumped myself up by once again reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".
It seems like Seattle is one heck of a difficult city to invest in. And it seems like there's absolutely no good deals here (or I haven't quite developed an eye for them yet).
Anyways, excited to connect with others on this forum.
