Hello From Baldwin County Alabama!

Hello everyone, my name is Clinton. I have recently starting taking the first steps toward a future in real estate with my friend and partner. We plan to build capital with fix and flips as well as our regular jobs. At some point we want to move into rentals and get our cash flow up. Expand expand grow grow, we have big plans and are determined to succeed. I'm currently living in Daphne, Alabama and plan to start our real estate journey in all of Baldwin county. We would really like to meet up with others in the area that have been in the business a while and know the market. We are really in the beginning phases now. We've been reading all the books we can get our hands on as well as reading through the forum here and listing to/watching podcasts.
