Hello my name is Joel Ray, I am new in the real estate investing business. I have a 30 year background in residential construction(finish carpentry and cabinet sales). My plan is to begin wholesaling first and then branch into rehabbing. I have been studying from the fortune builders REI program and plan to join the REIA club here in Austin this month. My goal is to replace my current income with active REI income and grow to passive income through rental property. Looking forward to networking with you all.
