Hello, The military recently moved my wife and I out to Fort Stewart, GA. We bought a house in Richmond Hill, and we are looking forward to hopefully investing in other properties here. For a little over a year, we have been talking about getting into flips or multi-family investments. We have two investment properties, one of which we live in. We are very interested in networking with others in the real estate business who share our passion for investing. We are actively searching for a mentor experienced with flips and/or multi-family investments in our area. I will be getting my real estate license in the next few months in order to open up more doors for us to find deals. We look forward to building some great relationships through Bigger Pockets!
