Noob from Massachusetts hesitant to pull the trigger
Hello BP!, question to all..as somebody who works 60+ hours a week 5-6days and trying to jump into this wild business im wondering what would you consider a safer easy bet to start with? I definitely got my mind on multis/duplex but im nervous because of the mass laws protecting the tenants...im currently looking in the Springfield/agawam area...any tips would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
