Newbie in Atlanta, GA

Hi BP!

I am a consulting professional interested in real estate investing in my backyard of the greater Atlanta, GA area. I am new to real estate investing but have been devouring BP podcasts, books on RE investing and now making connections on the BP forums. I want to invest in Cobb, Gwinnett, DeKalb and maybe Fulton counties. I want to flip my first house this year and then buy and hold a multifamily. As far as my first flip goes, I'm definitely down for putting in sweat equity and partnering with a more experienced investor.
