Hi Jon,

Too weird that tonight at the same time you joined and after having had this site bookmarked for over a year I finally decided to revisit it and join up too. As soon as I did I saw your post! Perhaps there is something to "The Secret".

My last day on J O B was today - what a relief getting out that dead end was - now I can go FULL TIME BABY! I have three rehab deals going - Jersey City and Newark. Hitting the ground running! I will be at your Nov event and KILLER short sale class in Dec.

I look forward to meeting with you and networking our butts off.

There is so much money and opportunities to be had out there right now its almost unreal!
