HELLO ALL,

I've just joined from Maryland and I'm glad I found this site. I have just started my adventure into the exciting world of Real Estate investing. I,m green and MOTIVATED. My background is in residential and lite commercial construction. I've built everything from a shed to mid-size hotels.I am a licensed contractor and can gladly help with rehab projects and construction advice. My goals are to learn the business of investing from wholesaling to buy and hold as a landlord.
