New Investor in South Alabama

I am Dwaynia Gray and I am a newbie pursuing real estate investing in south Alabama. I am ABSOLUTELY DETERMINED to not be in the percentage of people who never pull the trigger on real estate investing. I'll likely start with wholesaling but my goal is to have multiple rental properties.
