Hey my name is Lemont Williams ready to dive in and be a sponge to soak up some information and also once I get the information, I will be able to help out other new people that's in the same situation I'm in right now. I'm 19 about to be 20 in June. I'm looking to get into wholesaling and some fix and flips, I'm currently working at a warehouse building Honda seats and also have a part-time job at Home Depot in the paint department . I know BP is the place to meet a lot great people and I would love to be part of the community!

 Welcome Lemont! Great to see another central ohio local in the forums. You don't have to be a pro member to see the videos. I listened to the first 180 without upgrading to pro. Check out a few local meetups like COREE and the Dublin  Landlord meeting. Some group hosts are stricter than others it seems like. Overall I like COREE more. More opportunities to network and meet with others. They have weekly breakdowns as well. What are your goals for 2017?
