New Member, wanting to rent out home
Hello, my name is Josh Schneider. I am a music teacher and freelance musician. I am relocating to Indianapolis over the next month. I currently own a 1,000 square foot, 3 bedroom/1 bath house in Fort Wayne, Indiana that I am interested in renting. I have begun browsing some of the resources that are on bigger pockets (there's so many!) but am looking for guidance as I begin this venture.
Generally, what is the first step one should take towards renting a house?
