Greetings from the Eastern Shore of DelMarVa
Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Trish and I am relatively new to REI, but am trying to soak in everything I can. I have already been in contact with several FSBOs in my local area and have letters out to several vacants as well that are waiting on responses. Went to look at one property this afternoon - I love it when they say fixerupper and it is really a tearerdowner. Oh well have to dig through lots of coal to find a diamond right?
I am currently looking for investors interested in single/multifamily homes with rental opportunity in a three college area in Maryland. I am also looking for a seasoned investor in the area who may be willing to mentor me through a couple of transactions in return for gruntwork/property look ats/reduced assessments. I know the process, just need some detail help.
Anyway, it was nice to log on here and actually find a few investors in my local area - I was beginning to think I was in a vacuum.
