Hello everyone! I've been listening to Josh and Brandon's podcast for the past couple of months. I've been meaning to create a profile here and since today is a snow day, I decided today would be the day. I currently own a two-family house in Queens, where I live in one unit and rent out the other. I also recently flipped/sold a condo unit in Queens. My full time job is in the education world. I'm an assistant principal at a public school. I have some real big aspirations and I'm looking forward to diving deeper into real estate!
