New member (sorta) from Central Texas
Hello, BP! I'm not really a new member, per-say, but do have a new account. Previously my husband and I were sharing an account that was tied to his name, but since I was doing most of the posting, I figured it was time to create my own account.
We are buy and hold investors in the San Antonio / Seguin, Texas area. We've done some out-of-state turnkey deals, but have started focusing more on acquiring deals in our local market so we can have more control over the process. I'm also interested in note investing and am currently educating myself in that area.
