Hello, My name is Tom. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for a while, and I'm now working towards buying my first investment property. My tentative plan is to start by flipping houses with an end game of getting into buy and hold. I am currently self employed and work from home and want something that works better long term. My wife and I have been doing research in the area, and there seems to be a large number of investors here as it doesn't take long for the best investment properties to state pending on the listing. I'm mostly looking for advice on first time flipping, from financing to finding good contractors. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide and look forward to chatting with you!
