new to the investment world
Hello, I am a Realtor who serves Washington and Frederick Counties in Maryland. I have recently been contacted by a couple clients who are interested in Real Estate investment. Since I am fairly new to real estate I want to learn as much as possible in order to help my clients. During the process I became more interested in finding properties for my own. I am currently looking at a property that recently came on the market. So here I am! Any advice to a newbie would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
