New guy from Wisconsin
Hey folks! My name is Justin.
I'm quite new to REI overall, but I have one wholesale deal under my belt from July 2015 where I made a small profit. My background is professional sales and marketing, and I grew up in the home improvement/construction industry. I currently work for a home improvement company where I meet with prospective buyers, and negotiate & close high ticket deals.
I've loaded my office with every REI book I could find, but I have a particular affinity towards wholesaling. I'm looking forward learning and taking action.
Some prowling uncovered some wholesale frustrations by others in WI. I'm curious to hear different perspectives on the matter.
