New Investor from Los Angeles
Hello BP community!
I'm a 27 year old new investor living in Los Angeles working in construction project management. I'm eager to learn more about real estate investing with the focus on buy and hold multifamily properties. I've been interested in getting into real estate for a few years and finally purchased my first single family rental property early this month in Michigan. I plan on buying my next property either locally or out of state.
