Kind of Newbie in CT

Hi all, I feel like I am only kind of a newbie, because I have been reading and researching everything I can find on real estate investing on BP and elsewhere for just under a year. I've also attended some local REI meetings that have been very helpful. Having said that, I am now at a point where I've developed relationships with a contractor (neighbor and equity partner), his wife, a real estate agent, and a hard money lender. Now all I have left to do is to start finding good fix and flip properties, which appears to be very competitive and one of the hardest parts of this business.

I'm really interested in connecting with other investors/rehabbers/actual wholesalers in Central Connecticut to talk with and work with.

Just thought I'd finally introduce myself.

Thanks,

Mark
