New from Lubbock, TX
Hello from Lubbock, TX. My wife and I think its about time to get started on our real estate investing careers. She has a background in book publishing and marketing. I've been a commercial photographer, hotel manager, and for the last 15 years or so in various forms of construction. Most recently I've built custom cabinetry. Our plan is to flip the home we currently live in and use the equity we have in it to purchase another home to live in as we rehab/remodel it. Eventually working our way to multiple properties as rentals to build passive income.
We are looking forward to learning as much as we can from everyone here.
