Hello all. Just met with a realtor for my dad to purchase our new home. Upon talking with him I had mentioned my passion for Craigslist sales and a house being my next step in flipping. He was intrigued to say the least and recommended I speak with him more later but in the mean time check out this site. I have read up to chapter 5 and I'm so stinking excited to jump in and get myself soaked in a new career. Learning everything I can is step one. Once the basics and lingo are down, nothings going to stop me! Currently I'm working for walmart as a sporting goods dpt. Manager. My goal is to be out of here in less than a years time working for myself.
