Just wanted to say this is a great community. Happy to see push back versus over hyped real estate gurus.
Myself, I run a software startup and dabble in real estate on the side. Goals include making 1 buy-and-hold purchase each year.
Leave the flipping to the youngsters with time on their hands :)
