Hi all,
Over the last year I have had the opportunity to work with a good mortgage broker, and have done 2 private mortgages where I now receive monthly interest payments of $600. After seeing this passive income, it got me thinking into looking at other ways to find passive income, which lead me to finding this site. I currently live for with a relative for basically free, but will eventually be looking to purchase a home, hopefully a tri or quadplex. If that goes well, then I will most likely continue on the path to purchase more properties; however, my goal right now is simply to live for free, excluding things like vacations and treats.
