Newbie from Florida
I'm John from Florida's northeast coast. I own and manage a remodeling construction company and just now getting into RE investing. (yes I know I should have been doing it already) . With property overvalued along coast looks I must go inland to look for starter rentals. I'm not counting on flippers, time is passed for most of that, I'll be looking for motivated sellers, should be plenty of them in the coming cycle. I'll be investing, not speculating. glad I found this site, confident I'll learn a lot, and hope to possibly help others as well.
