I am excited to sign up to this site.  I am living in San Francisco Bay Area and done multiple investment in past 10 years.  I am a buy and hold type of investor.   Recently I just passed CA real estate salesperson license exam after taking couple of month of online classes.   Look forward to learning from you all!
