Thanks for this great tool. My name is Mike, but they call me Mikie 5. I'm 57 and giving up the day job and moving to Central America at the end of this year. Married with few ties to the area other than a single rental also here in CA. Recently sold our home that we owed out right... and everything else we own except for a few essentials... like the Harley.
I have a limited background with the one rental. I've been in the automotive repair industry in all capacities from owner to consultant... it's past time to move on.
Our plan is to diversify our cash and live modestly from rental property. Just got turned onto the "Turn Key Rental" idea and we are exploring that. The idea is as hands off as possible with security and consistency with monthly spendable income. Looking for ideas to get us there.
