First I would like to say hello to everyone. I just signed up on this site today and was amazed at the wealth of information I saw. I'll admit definately a little overwhelming. I am really new to Real estate Investing I have read alot about it but some of the information I read in the past I didnt quite understand. I am older now and I would really like to get into investing in real estate. A couple reasons is Number 1 of course the financial freedom that can be had with determination. Second I want to spend more time with my family. Third like I said I am a little older now I'll be 37 in May and would like to know that I have a plan for when I am ready to retire. My name is Arthur, but everyone calls me Art. I did have a question for any of these different strategies I saw in the free course. Do you need a real estate license? Thank you all for the wealth of information on this site.
