Newbie from Carteret, NJ!
Hello BP!
I've been trying to hop on the real estate wagon for some time now and have been reading up to prepare myself to take the first step.
I live in Carteret, NJ - roughly 30 mins (with no traffic) from NYC. I have been seeing amazing changes happening around my area and it seems as though there is a huge uptick in rentals/purchases for consumers wanting to work in NYC, but not wanting to pay the big bucks to live there.
I am looking into multi-family homes at the moment and am squaring away my business plan. Really excited and eager to get the ball rolling!
