New to BP (from Livermore, CA)
Hi BP community! I am originally from Longmont, CO, but now live in Livermore, CA, where I work as an engineer. I own two rental properties (townhouses in Denver, CO, and Rock Springs, WY) and am interested in expanding my rental holdings. I am hoping I can learn more through BP forums/local meetings/other about finding, analyzing, and financing deals. As an engineer in my mid-thirties, I have generated enough capital to start thinking about doing deals myself, but I am also interested in low/no money deals and possibly partnerships.
I'm excited to be here and looking forward to getting started!
