Hey Bigger Pockets community!
My name is Andy and I am a real estate investor in Louisville, KY. I currently have two SF properties and am about to close on a 3rd that I intend to Brrrrr.
I just formed a partnership with a friend and we have a good amount of working capital and motivation. We are still trying to figure out where our niche is, but we know we'll gain clarity as we simply begin to take action.
